Peace silk Ribbon - Berries & Birch

Ribbon made with real Peace silk. 

Double layer fabric 95 x 5 cm. Can be used as a headband or decoration bow in the hair or flower decoration.

Dyed with a mix of birch bark, aronia berries, onion peals, rust and marigold.

Peace silk is harvested according to the principle of AHIMSA (sanskrit:non-violence) which means that it is harvested after the silkworm leaves the cocoon. 

Sewn and handdyed in Nacka, Sweden.
